Our machine shop offers four Mig/Tig welding bays. We also offer a countersink, drill and tap, and pemming service to supply complete manufactured components.
Machine & Pemming
More and more customers are wanting a complete product and service from the team at FC Laser, so in addition to our laser and formed profiles we also offer further added value with machining and pemming services. This places FC Laser in a unique position to be able to deliver our customers’ a true ‘one stop shop’ approach for the delivery of all our customers’ requirements.
Our welding bays offer four bays of Mig & Tig welding. The Pemserter Series 4 press can place all PEM self-clinch and broaching fasteners. The XYZ Fast Tap makes light work of Reaming, Chamfering, Countersinking, Spot Facing, Heli coil insertion, Stud making and assembly work. The 2nd operations station houses two Radial Arm Drills with 1M Bed.

Our process
Pemming
Pemserter Series 4 press can place all PEM self-clinch and broaching fasteners. Designed speed of production the Series 4 is an ideal choice for most manufacturing requirements. The laser pointer helps to speed up assembly on blind side applications and a counter to help keep an eye on production throughput the Series 4 has all the features one could need.
Tapping
The XYZ Fast Tap makes light work of Reaming, Chamfering, Countersinking, Spot Facing, Heli coil insertion, Stud making and assembly work
