Summary of Position:
Reporting to the Lead Account Manager the Internal Sales Account Manager is responsible for managing their designated set of accounts and quoting a high volume of sales enquiries. Working a fast-paced environment Internal Sales Account Manager will ensure that their targets are achieved for turnover, profit, quotes, and conversion whilst maintaining an accurate level of work.
Key qualities/Daily tasks
· Producing quotes and processing sales orders
· Building and maintain customer relationships
· Reading technical drawings and nesting
· Managing workload
· Manage customer expectations
· Chase all quotes and record feedback in MIE database
· Adhere to company HSE requirements
· Adhere to 5s principles and expectations
· Achieve and maintain the minimum target of 8 quotes a day
· Work to the target quote response time of less than 4 hours.
